Check-in & Check-out Times
Standard check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM. Valid identification may be required at check-in. Early arrivals can request luggage storage subject to availability.
Early Check-in & Late Check-out Policy
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability. Additional charges may apply. Please contact the front desk in advance to request this service.
Malaysian Tourism Tax
In accordance with regulations, tourism tax may apply to eligible foreign passport holders and is collected at check-in.
Smoke-Free Policy
Swiss Hotel Kuala Lumpur is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking in rooms and indoor areas is prohibited. Violation charges apply.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for damage, excessive cleaning, or missing items during their stay. Please respect quiet hours and fellow guests.
